Shipping Time

Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be shipped the same day, except in cases of force majeure. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the next day. Once your order has been shipped, the courier company will send a Shipping Tracking Number to your registered mobile number via SMS. You must collect the package from the courier branch within three days. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us.

 

Receiving the Package

When receiving your package, you should check it in the presence of the courier representative to ensure there is no damage during transit. If the product is damaged during shipping, you must request a damage assessment report from the courier representative and return the package to the courier.

 

Delivery Time

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (except in cases of force majeure) will be delivered to the courier on the same day. You will receive an SMS notification, and your order will be delivered to you within 1-3 days depending on your location.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

At Cure, our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with the products you purchase. We understand that our products are designed to simplify health-related processes. However, if you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, our return and exchange process is straightforward. You can easily complete your return or exchange in line with the conditions outlined below.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Returned products must comply with hygiene standards. Due to health regulations, used or damaged products will not be accepted for return.
  • The original invoice and/or order number must be included with the returned product.

 

Exchange Conditions:

  • If you wish to change the size or color of a product, you can exchange it within 14 days.
  • The product must be unused, with the red security band intact and tags attached.
  • To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team. You will be informed about the stock status and delivery time of the new product.

 

Return and Exchange Process:

  1. Request Submission: Notify our customer service team (via email or phone) about your return or exchange request.
  2. Shipping the Product: Send the product to our specified address. Shipping costs may vary depending on the return or exchange conditions.
  3. Return Approval: Once the product has been inspected, approval will be given. The refund will be processed using the payment method specified.
  4. Exchange: After your exchange request is approved, your new product will be shipped as soon as possible.
